Check in at 15.00 onwards in time for a
19.00 Drinks, followed by a welcome Dinner at Stanbrook Abbey Hotel in the Callow Great Hall, formally a Chapel with minstrels gallery and beautiful Pujin architecture. This evening allows everyone to catch up, and look forward to the weekend ahead.
Saturday 10th May 2025
9.30 am HBSA Annual General Meeting. All member companies’ welcome.
11.00am Inspirational Guest speaker
Approx 12.30pm Lunch at the beautiful hotel restaurant
14.00 Time to chill !
15.30 pm Transport to late afternoon activity:
‘ The Seven Deadly Gin Tasting at Piston Gin Distillery’ This distillery born of a desire to make true modern classic that’s makes them proud of their English engineering heritage, they merge the spirit of craftsmanship with the elegance of engineering, this proves to be an inspiring and fun afternoon!
18.45 Transport from Distillery to Worcester
19.00pm Dinner at Browns on the Quay, where we have a worthwhile surprise as well as fine cuisine in a beautiful environment right beside the Quay.
22.30pm Transport back to Stanbrook abbey Hotel
Sunday 11th May – Enjoy a relaxing breakfast before departing
