The HBSA’s Annual General Meeting – 9th – 11th May 2025

19.00 Drinks, followed by Dinner at Stanbrook Abbey Hotel in the Callow Great Hall allowing everyone to catch up, and look forward to the weekend ahead.

11.00am Guest speaker
*12.30pm Lunch at the hotel restaurant
14.00 Time to chill !
*15.30 pm Transport to afternoon activity:
‘ The Seven Deadly Gin Tasting at Piston Gin Distillery’
*18.45 Transport from Distillery to Worcester
*19.00pm Dinner at Browns on the Quay
*22.30pm Transport back to Stanbrook abbey Hotel
