Truefaithhb specialises in wigs, hair solutions, and wellbeing support services for women affected by alopecia, cancer treatment, traction alopecia, stress-related hair loss, and other medical conditions. Our organisation primarily supports Black and ethnically diverse communities who are often underserved by mainstream hair and healthcare services.

After identifying a significant gap in the market, where wigs and hair replacement products available to ethnically diverse women were frequently unsuitable in texture, fit, appearance, and cultural representation. Truefaithhb was created to deliver more inclusive, realistic, and culturally appropriate solutions for women experiencing hair loss.
Our product range includes lightweight, breathable wig cap constructions such as lace, silicone, monofilament, and polyurethane, designed to improve comfort, reduce irritation, and support extended wear. Ensuring natural density, realistic appearance, and versatile styling options. Clients can choose from ready-to-wear wigs or bespoke customisation services adapted to their individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
In addition to hair solutions, we provide structured wellbeing programmes and community-based support focused on confidence, identity, emotional wellbeing. Through culturally sensitive care and holistic support, we help women rebuild confidence, reduce isolation, and restore identity during and after hair loss experiences.
