This year we have decided to combine the annual Summer Party and AGM to run concurrently over two days on September 3rd and 4th. Both events will take place at the Hilton Hotel, Tower Bridge in London.
The 2021 HBSA Summer Party will take place at the Hilton Hotel, Tower Bridge in London which is situated near to the magnificent Shard building.
The evening starts at 6.30pm with reception drinks and there will be plenty of opportunity to network with colleagues and friends from the industry before moving through to the main dining room for dinner.
The evening will be accompanied by some excellent live musical entertainment. A magnificent dinner will be served and there will be plenty of chances to meet up with colleagues and friends from the industry in a relaxed and informal setting.
For those wishing to stay at the hotel we have negotiated a preferential rate which will be passed on to guests.

This year, the HBSA will hold its 93rd Annual General Meeting at 10.30am on September 4th and the meeting is free and open to all member companies. The meeting will be held at the fabulous Hilton Hotel, Tower Bridge, London. The hotel is situated near the river Thames by Tower Bridge with great views of the magnificent Shard building.
The traditional AGM weekend (incorporating the annual Summer Party on Friday 3rd September), is a great opportunity to spend time with industry colleagues and friends.
The day itself offers unique networking opportunities. The AGM meeting will be followed by a business speaker, an optional buffet lunch, an excursion around the City of London in the afternoon followed by dinner at the world renowned Pont de la Tour restaurant in the evening

The Summer Party option includes a welcome drink, three-course meal, half a bottle of wine per person (or soft drink alternatives) along with some great entertainment. An additional wine list will also be available on the night.
Tables of 10 are available. Individual or smaller group bookings are also welcome.
Option 2
Summer Party and Accommodation. £255.00 plus VAT per person.
This option includes an overnight stay at the Hilton Hotel, Tower Bridge.
Option 3
Weekend Package. £540 plus VAT per person.
This option includes the Summer Party, AGM Lunch, Dinner at the Pont de la Tour restaurant, Accommodation for two nights on 3rd and 4th September.
