HBSA Exhibition Reports

We try to keep our members informed on exhibitions and hair & beauty events around the world with an emphasis on the UK and Ireland plus international events which may be of interest to members.

One of the aims of the report if to enable members to consider whether they should attend, either as visitors or exhibitors, and what to expect when they get there. Obviously, every exhibition is different and the information available from the organisers varies but some of the following could be helpful.

We welcome contributions from members. The following list may be helpful if you are thinking about what to include in a report:

• Venue – ease of access, location
• Opening and closing times
• Number of exhibitors
• Visitor numbers
• Professional or trade or both
• For selling or showing/demonstrating
• Education, workshops, entertainment, stage show, competitions.
• Organisation
• Good quality photographs of stands, crowds, highlights

Members would be interested in your own activities and general experience and which other British companies or international brands were exhibiting. Don’t be afraid to criticise any shortcomings and of course highlight the good points. We are always happy to publish different perspectives on the same exhibition or event.
